Post build cleans are tailored to the size, layout and condition of the property.
As every project is different, we will ask for details about the work carried out and may request photos or arrange a site visit before confirming a quote. This allows us to understand the level of dust, access, parking and the amount of time required.

All cleaning products and equipment required for the clean are provided at no extra cost.
A cleaning report is included as part this service and is sent within 48 hours of the clean being completed.
Pricing
Post build cleaning is quoted individually, as the price depends on the size of the property, the level of dust, the condition after the works and the areas required.
Parking charges may be added where free or suitable parking is not available.

Post build cleaning should take place once the building work is fully complete and the property is safe to clean.
We are unable to remove hazardous waste, large amounts of building debris, wet paint, specialist staining, cement, plaster or grout residue unless this has been agreed in advance.
