Our end of tenancy cleaning service is designed for tenants, landlords and estate agents who need a property cleaned thoroughly at the end of a tenancy.

  • Cupboard fronts wiped

  • Inside cupboards, wardrobes and drawers 

  • Hob and oven light clean and wipe 

  • Coffee machine and kettle exterior 

  • Extractor exterior cleaned

  • Microwave cleaned inside and out where needed

  • Toaster outside and empty crumb tray

  • Appliance exteriors wiped

  • Bathrooms thoroughly cleaned

  • Toilets deep cleaned and sanitised

  • Showers, baths and screens cleaned

  • Limescale build up treated where possible

  • Mirrors polished

  • Skirting boards wiped

  • Internal doors and handles wiped

  • Light switches wiped

  • Window sills cleaned

  • Dusting throughout

  • Furniture and surfaces wiped

  • Floors vacuumed

  • Hard floors mopped

  • Bins emptied where needed

What We offer 

End of tenancy cleans are more detailed than a standard clean and are tailored to the size, condition and layout of the property.

We can work with tenants, landlords, estate agents and property managers and can often arrange access directly where needed.

​

Optional extras include:

  • Deep clean of inside oven

  • Inside fridge or freezer clean, if empty and switched off 

  • Carpet cleaning

  • Blinds and shutters 

  • Inside windows where safely reachable​

​

All cleaning products and equipment required for the clean are provided at no extra cost.

​

A cleaning report is included as part this service and is sent within 48 hours of the clean being completed.

We will ask for key details about the property and may request photos or arrange a home visit where helpful, so we can provide an accurate quote and make sure the right amount of time is allowed.

Optional extras may be charged separately depending on what is required.

Parking charges may be added where free or suitable parking is not available.
